Garden of Lost Socks is a "whimsical" children's book about friendship, curiosity and the magic of community.

Featuring illustrations by Montreal-based artist and children's book illustrator Amélie Dubois, the picture book is about Akosua, a budding Exquirologist, as she finds both a new friend and a remarkable world hidden right in her very own community.

The book's publisher, HarperCollins, called the book "big-hearted."
