In the wake of Newfoundland and Labrador's library cuts, we've curated a list of books from the province's finest writers.

Last Wednesday, the government of Newfoundland and Labrador announced that over half its libraries would be closing over the next two years due to budget cuts. On top of that, the province introduced plans to implement a 10% tax on book sales. Publishers and writers have criticized the decisions, saying it will only worsen the province's low literacy rates.
