For Weir, her subjects don't need to be beautiful — "just somebody with a very interesting bone structure." She can't help but notice interesting faces while she's out in the world, but her kids wish she would stop staring. "I get in trouble with my kids," she laughs. "They say, 'Mom, don't stare at people like that — it's not polite.'"
