They're the head honcho, the big cheese, the top of the food chain — and no film could ever be made without them, a fact they'll gladly remind you of.

We're talking about the executive producer, or "EP," the person responsible for securing funding and getting your movie seen. On this week's lesson of Film 101 Amanda Parris will introduce you to a behind-the-scenes role that's definitely boss.
