Do you ever wish you could turn back time? And if you had that power, how do you know you wouldn't abuse it?

These are all questions that come up in the new CBC series, Plan B. It's a remake of a Québécois series, and it stars Canadian actor Patrick J. Adams as a man struggling with control issues that lead him down a dark path.

Many viewers first met Adams through Suits, a popular American legal drama that ran for nine seasons (and notably starred former actor Meghan Markle).

Adams joined host Tom Power to talk about being present, online scrutiny and what playing toxic characters has taught him about the person he wants to be.
