When you think of Julia Louis-Dreyfus, it's hard not to think of Elaine on Seinfeld or Selina from Veep — a little quirky, and very funny.

But in her latest role, she plays a mother whose teenage daughter has a terminal illness, and she has to come to terms with her death.

Today on Commotion, Sophie Kohn joins guest host Amil Niazi to explain what the movie has to say about grief, and why she wishes there had been a movie like this one when her own mom was dying.
